Secretary General of GUAM took part in the international conference “GUAM Development Strategy”, Baku, 29-30 May 2008On 29-30 May 2008, International Conference “GUAM Development Strategy” had taken place in Baku. Representatives, scholars and analysts from member countries and partner states discussed perspectives of cooperation in GUAM format. Following the Conference, statements of the participants will be published.
Secretary General addressed a participants of the conference during the Plenary session and moderated Working Session 1: Guam Strategy in the era of globalization.
